   Motions:
   

   I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-004 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On August 23, 2006, student 06/07-X-004 was in possession of a knife while on the campus of John I. Leonard Community High School. I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.	-	PASS

   I recommend the Board expel student 06/07-X-006 from the regular public school program of The School District of Palm Beach County for one (1) calendar year.  On April 12, 2005, student 06/07-X-006 was in possession/use of drugs/imitation drugs (2nd possession was on March 30, 2006 while on the campus of Hanes Middle school) 1st possession was on April 12, 2005 while on the campus of Kennedy Learning Center.  I further recommend that the attached Final Order be adopted and entered by the School Board.	-	PASS
